Container Corporation of India Ltd. (Concor) is scheduled to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended on March 31, 2025, soon. The logistics services provider disclosed the earnings release date in a filing with the stock exchanges.

Container Corporation of India Ltd. has announced in an exchange filing that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, May 22, to review and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.

The Board may also consider the declaration of a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company will also consider a bonus issue of equity shares at its board meeting on Thursday.

Container Corporation of India Ltd. reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 367.28 crore for the October-December 2024 quarter, up from Rs 330.58 crore in the same period in 2023. However, the company’s revenue from operations slightly declined year-on-year to Rs 2,208.31 crore, compared to Rs 2,210.57 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2023. Total income for the October-December 2024 quarter stood at Rs 2,303.99 crore, marginally higher than Rs 2,302.12 crore recorded in the year-ago period.

Revenue down 0.1% to Rs 2,208.3 crore versus Rs 2,210.6 crore. Ebitda down 10% to Rs 465 crore versus Rs 517 crore. Margin narrows to 21.1% versus 23.4%. Net profit rises 11% to Rs 366.7 crore versus Rs 330.7 crore.

Container Corporation of India’s stock price has gained 4.35% over the last five days and 1.89% in the past month. In the longer term, the stock has seen a decline, dropping 5.84% in the past six months and 6.97% year-to-date. Over the last year, the stock has fallen significantly, losing 33.72% of its value.

The stock reached a 52-week high of Rs 1,180 on June 4, 2024, and hit a 52-week low of Rs 601.25 on March 3, 2025.

Container Corporation shares were trading 0.49% lower at Rs 723.40 apiece on the NSE as of 9:25 a.m. on Wednesday. This compares to a 0.10% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
