In a stock exchange filing dated May 8, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 23 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also recommend final dividend, if any, for FY25, the company informed the bourses.

The company reported a 34.6% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 819.67 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 608.85 crore in Q3 FY24. Its total income grew 8.46% YoY to Rs 12,060.15 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 11,119.45 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
Total expenses increased 7.7% YoY to Rs 10,937.89 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 10,155.07 crore in Q3 FY24.
