(Bloomberg) -- New Jersey unemployment has “gone up dramatically” as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, Governor Phil Murphy said.
The state will report labor statistics today, according to an interview on CNN.
States need a “huge amount” of direct cash assistance, and they're also looking for equipment and other help from the federal government, Murphy said.
“We're all out looking for the same thing,” he said.
