Fox News’ Carlson Drops Sex Bias Suit Against Roger Ailes

None

(Bloomberg) -- Gretchen Carlson, the former Fox News anchor who sued Roger Ailes for gender discrimination, has dropped her lawsuit, according to a court filing.

Ailes stepped down as chairman and chief executive of Fox News in July after Carlson brought her case. The filing in federal court in New Jersey doesn't say why Carlson is dismissing her case “in its entirety.”

Vanity Fair reported on Tuesday that Fox News has agreed to pay Carlson $20 million, citing unnamed sources.
