HCL Technologies: The company announced its third-quarter earnings on Monday. In the third quarter, HCLTech's revenue went up 6.65% of Rs 28,446 crore, surpassing Bloomberg's estimate of Rs 28,075.1 crore. And net profit was up 13.51% to Rs 5,874 crore, beating out Bloomberg's estimate of Rs 4,124.4 crore.
Angel One: The firm announced its third-quarter earnings on Monday. In the third quarter, Angel One's revenue was Rs 1,264 crore, beating Bloomberg's estimate of Rs 1,159.5 crore. And net profit was Rs 281 crore, missing Bloomberg's estimate of Rs 297 crore.
Bharat Electronics: Bharat Electronics has secured an order valued at Rs 561 crore for satellite communication, fire control, and radar technology. The order encompasses communication equipment, electro-optics, upgrades for the satellite communication network, radar and fire control systems, spares, services, and other components.
Adani Wilmar: Adani Wilmar announced that Lence Pte., a subsidiary of Wilmar International, has authorised Adani Commodities LLP to sell 9.3 crore shares, representing a 7.13% stake in the company, through an offer-for-sale. The base issue size includes a 13.5% stake, equivalent to 17.54 crore shares. The company has set the floor price for the offer-for-sale at Rs 275 per share.
JSW Energy: The company has received a letter of intent for the 3.6 GW KSK Mahanadi Thermal Power Plant and obtained approval for its resolution plan for KSK Mahanadi Power.
Zee Media: Zee Media Corp. plans to raise up to Rs 400 crore by exploring various available options and permitted instruments.
The company may consider raising funds through the issuance of equity shares, convertible bonds, debentures, warrants, preference shares, or foreign currency convertible bonds.
Piramal Enterprises: Life Healthcare entered into binding pact for sale of Life Molecular Imaging. Upon the completion of the proposed transaction, the company will become eligible to get an estimated amount of $14 crore.
Torrent Pharma: The board of directors of Torrent Pharmaceuticals will convene on Jan. 24 to discuss the declaration of an interim dividend for the current financial year.The company has set Feb.1 as the record date to determine the eligible members for the interim dividend, should it be approved.
United Spirits: Diageo India appointed Praveen Someshwar as chief executive officer designate. Hina Nagarajan will move on to a new role in its parent company. Praveen will join on March 1 2025 as CEO-Designate, and formally take over from Nagarajan in April.
