Shares of Aarti Drugs Ltd., Aurionpro Solutions Ltd., Emami Ltd., KPIT Technologies Ltd., LT Foods Ltd., Orient Electric Ltd., Redtape Ltd. and SRF Ltd. will go into ex-trade.

Stocks To Watch

  • Power Grid Corp: The firm declared an interim dividend of Rs 3.25 apiece. The company's consolidated net profit declined 4.13% in the third quarter, falling short of analysts' expectations.

  • Premier Energies: The solar module manufacturer's consolidated net profit jumped nearly sixfold to Rs 255 crore in the October-December 2024 quarter.

  • Welspun Enterprises: The firm approved the sale of 19% stake of Welassure to Rakshak Securitas. But its consolidated net profit fell 13% in the third quarter of the current fiscal.

  • Cipla: The company will invest Rs 415 crore in equity share capital of wholly owned subsidiary Cipla Medpro South Africa Proprietary Ltd.

  • HFCL: The company has put its plans for an optical fibre cable manufacturing project in Poland on temporary hold, opting instead to utilise its competitive advantage and serve European customers directly from its Indian manufacturing facilities. The company also reported a strong Ebitda growth despite its net profit being down.

  • KEC International: The firm posted a 34% year-over-year increase in net profit for the third quarter.The company's net profit for the quarter ended December rose to Rs 130 crore.

  • Samvardhana Motherson: Samvardhana Motherson International announced that its subsidiary, SMRC Automotive Holdings Netherlands B.V, entered into a joint venture agreement with Hamakyorex Co., which will provide comprehensive logistics services.

  • Garden Reach Shipbuilders: Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. posted an 11% year-over-year increase in net profit for the third quarter, but fell short of analysts' expectations.

  • NLC India: Company plans to invest up to Rs 1,110 crore in a joint venture with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam.

  • Central Bank of India: Enters pact with Vastu Housing Finance Corp. to offer MSME loans.
