Here are the stocks to watch out for in today's session:
- Mahindra & Mahindra: The commercial vehicles maker appointed J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as its overseas depositary for managing its Global Depositary Receipt programme with effect from January 03.
- SBI: Decides to exercise the call option on bonds worth Rs 1,000 crore.
- Prima Plastics: The company expanded its manufacturing facility in Cameroon (West Africa), which it operates through a joint venture company Prima Dee-Lite Plastics sarl.
- Canara Bank: The lender cuts its one-year marginal cost of funds-based lending rate (MCLR) to 8.45 percent from 9.15 percent.
- HDFC Bank: The private-sector lender reduced its one-year benchmark rate by 75 basis points to 8.15 percent.
- SAT Industries: The company to hold a board meeting on January 16 to consider allotment of equity shares and to make further investments in its subsidiary company.
- Dena Bank: The lender to hold board meeting on January 7 to consider raising of funds.
- Swan Energy: Dave Impex, the promoter of the company holding 20.81 percent stake, pledged 4.75 percent of the total share capital with Union Bank of India.
- Gati: Promoter TCI Finance's pledged share were invoked by IDFC Bank. TCI Finance now holds 6.27 percent stake in the company.
- BAFNA Pharmaceuticals: The company to hold board meeting on January 7 to consider a proposal to issue 8 million share warrants.

- Welplace Portfolio & Financial Consultancy Services: The company to hold meeting on January 9 to discuss the open offer made by Generic Engineering for acquiring the shares of the company.
- Vedavaag Systems: The company to hold board meeting on January 7 to consider preferential allotment of convertible warrants.
- Tata Elxsi: The company partners with Irdeto to provide automakers with secure in-car display systems for automobiles.
- Just Dial: The company to hold shareholder meeting on January 17, to get approval for de-merging Just Dial Global Pvt Ltd from the company.
- Gujarat State Fertilizer and Chemicals: Workers at the state-run firm called off the strike and resumed work as usual on Wednesday.
- Petron Engineering Construction: The company gets Rs 33 crore order from Shree Cement for civil works at its grinding project in Orissa.
- Som Distilleries & Breweries: The company gets required permission and approvals from statutory departments to start production from Karnataka brewery plant.
- LT Foods: The owner of 'Daawat' brand of rice has fixed February 8 as record date for the purpose of sub division of equity shares.
