The shares of Landmark Cars declined nearly 4% after the company is set to acquire a 17% stake in Landmark Cars (East) from Autocity Services for Rs 12.5 crore.

The shares of Vodafone Idea rose over 7.32% in trade to Rs 9.09 apiece on the NSE. These gains compare to 0.34% advance in the Nifty 50 as of 2:34 p.m.

The overall subscription at 62% on the first day of subscription. The NIIs lead with 1.39 times subscription on day one. Retail investors subscription was at 59%, while the QIB subscription at 7% On as of 2:06 p.m. The employee reserved portion was suscribed 1.45 times, according to BSE.
