The initial public offering (IPO) of logistics player Shadowfax Technologies was subscribed 3.81 times on its final day of bidding on Thursday. The mainboard issue experienced moderate demand and was oversubscribed in the retail, qualified institutional, and employee portion segments.
Overall, the IPO received bids for 24.33 crore shares against 8.9 crore shares offered during the three-day subscription window period. Retail investors showed strong participation, with a subscription of 2.31 times against 1,61,20,923 shares offered. Employees subscribed 2.07 times, with 4,23,728 shares on offer and 8,76,000 shares bid for.
Following the conclusion of the subscription period, the IPO share allotment process is scheduled to take place on January 23. Shadowfax Technologies' IPO will list on the BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date set for January 28.
The IPO was a Rs 1,907.27 crore book-built issue, comprising a fresh issue of 8.06 crore shares worth Rs 1,000 crore and an offer for sale of 7.32 crore shares worth Rs 907.27 crore. The Shadowfax Technologies IPO price band was set at Rs 118 to Rs 124 per share.
