NBCC (India) Ltd. share price recovered after the company announced it had received an order worth Rs 432 crore from Central University of Odisha.
Under the order, the company will provide comprehensive project management consultancy services for the construction of a net zero sustainable campus at the Central University of Odisha, Sunabeda, an exchange filing said.
Before the news, the stock had fallen as much as 1.6%.
NBCC share price rose as much as 1.28% to Rs 104.65 apiece. It pared gains to trade 0.1% higher at Rs 103.49 apiece, as of 11:24 a.m. This compares to a 0.1% advance in the NSE Nifty 50 index.
It has risen 90% on a year-to-date basis. Total traded volume so far in the day stood at 0.48 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 60.75.
Out of the four analysts tracking the company, two maintain a 'buy' rating, and two suggest 'sell,' according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies an upside of 28.4%.
