The incident caught the attention of those present at the venue. Organisers and members of the media immediately moved toward the actor to check if he was alright. However, Chaitanya quickly got back on his feet without any assistance.
The actor appeared calm and unfazed by the minor mishap. Smiling and laughing about the slip, he reassured everyone present that he was fine. His light-hearted reaction eased the tension in the room, and the event continued smoothly soon after it was confirmed that he had not sustained any injuries.
The promotional event in Hyderabad was organised to unveil the first glimpse of Vrushakarma, an upcoming mythological thriller directed by Karthik Dandu that promises a visually grand narrative with extensive use of visual effects. The teaser also briefly introduces key characters, with Jayaram appearing as Professor Ranganath and Meenakshi Chaudhary playing Daksha.

“Vrushakarma is going to be the best film of my career,” he said. Chaitanya also shared the film fulfils his long-time wish as an actor. “I always wanted to do a larger-than-life film with spectacle, mythology, and multiple layers. My wish has come true with Vrushakarma,” said Chaitanya.
Earlier, Naga Chaitanya said Vrushakarma is an adventure-driven mythological thriller with treasure-hunting elements and noted that the VFX-heavy project will be one of the most unique films in his 15-year career.
