After mixed sales volume in February, several two-wheeler launches are expected in March. In February, prominent player Bajaj Auto saw a slight 2% increase in sales, reaching 2,99,418 units (year-on-year). Meanwhile, Royal Enfield reported a 19% (y-o-y) rise in sales at 90,670 units during this period.
On the other hand, TVS Motor logged an overall sales increase of 10% at 391,889 units in Feb. However, its domestic two-wheeler sales grew just by 3% at 2,67,502 units compared to Feb. 2024. Motorcycle sales rose by 5% in Feb. 2025, while scooter sales surged by 24%, reflecting the impact of market conditions and evolving consumer preferences.
Moving into March, here are the expected two-wheeler launches for the month:
Royal Enfield Classic 650
The Royal Enfield Classic 650 is set to be launched this month. It shares a similar design with the popular Classic 350. The bike is powered by a 647.95 cc unit and will be available in four dual-tone paint schemes: Black Chrome, Bruntingthorpe Blue, Vallam Red and Teal.
