IPO Rush: Four SMEs To List On The Street In Upcoming Week

There is no IPO scheduled to open in the mainboard space. In the SME segment, NAPS Global India will be the sole company to launch its offer next week.

The upcoming week will witness muted activity in the primary markets with no offerings in the mainboard space. In the small and medium enterprises segment, one initial pubic offering will open, whereas four other SMEs would be listing on the Dalal Street.

NAPS Global India will launch its IPO as a fixed price issue of Rs 11.88 crore. The offer comprises 13.20 lakh shares and is a fresh issue. It will be open for subscription from March 4 to 6. The allotment is expected to be finalised on March 7, and listing on the BSE SME is tentatively scheduled for March 11, 2025.

Meanwhile, four other SMEs — Balaji Phosphates Ltd., Beezasan Explotech Ltd., Nukleus Office Solutions Ltd. and Shreenath Paper Products Ltd. — will make their market debut this week.

Balaji Phosphates' public offering is a book-built issue of Rs 50.11 crore. It comprises a fresh issue of 59.40 lakh shares worth Rs 41.58 crore and an offer for sale of 12.18 lakh shares worth Rs 8.53 crore. The IPO is set to close on March 4, after opening on Feb. 28, and will list on March 7. The price band for the IPO is set at Rs 66 to Rs 70 per share.

Nukleus Office Solutions launched an IPO worth Rs 31.7 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 13.55 lakh shares. The bidding process took place from Feb. 24 to Feb. 27. The allotment of shares was finalised on Feb. 28 and the IPO is scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on March 4.

Shreenath Paper Products' IPO is worth Rs 23.36 crore, and comprises a fresh issue of 53.1 lakh shares. The bidding process took place from Feb. 25 to Feb. 28. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalised on March 3, and the listing on the BSE SME platform is expected on March 5.
