(Bloomberg) -- U.K. gilts have flashed a warning sign to investors. The yield on the 10-year notes jumped 23 basis points last week, crossing the May peak and so ending an established downtrend. As the markets adjust to more hawkish Bank of England policy makers including Governor Mark Carney, vital resistance points appear at 1.30 percent and 1.34 percent.
