Leading automobile company Tata Motors will undertake an 11-day shutdown to carry out maintenance of equipment at its Jamshedpur plant from March 27, a senior company official said today.
Tata Motors will undertake shutdown from March 27 to April 6 to carry out maintenance of equipment, particularly, in the paint shop," Debasis Ray, Head of Corporate Communications, said.
The shutdown was needed as it is not possible to carry out maintenance of equipments, especially, in the paint house during the day to day operations.
