Shilp Gravures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 06, 2011, inter alia, has approved the following; 1. Resignation of Dr. Baldev V. Patel from the post of Chairman and Director of the Company was accepted by the Board w.e.f. August 08, 2011 and Mr. Vitthaldas H. Patel was appointed as new Chairman of the Company from the same date. 2. The Board had given an in principle authority for entering into Joint Venture Agreement with M/s. Unimark International Private Ltd, a Kolkata based Company, Mitex Gummifabrik Hans Knott GmbH, a Germany based Company and Hannecard, a Belgium based Company.
