Approval of Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011. 2. Appointment of Mr. A. Y. Mahajan (liable to retire by rotation) as a Director of the Company. 3. Appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse, Delhi, Chartered Accountants in place of M/s. Price Waterhouse, Bangalore, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion 38th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
