Relaxo Footwear Touches Record High, Turns Ex-Bonus

Relaxo Footwears shares on Wednesday touched a record high at Rs 494.30. The Relaxo stock turned ex-bonus in the ratio of 1:1, on Wednesday. At 2:19 pm, the Relaxo stock was trading nearly 3 per cent up at Rs 487.40, outperforming the broader Nifty and the Sensex. Relaxo's board on May 11 had recommended the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. one equity share for every one equity share held.
