New Delhi: Pidilite Industries on Wednesday reported a 27.88 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 124.36 crore for the third quarter that ended on December 31, 2014.
The company had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 97.24 crore in the October-December quarter of previous fiscal year.
Pidilite Industries' consolidated net sales during the quarter under review increased by 12.59 per cent to Rs 1,196.34 crore as against Rs 1,062.55 crore in the corresponding period last year, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
Shares in Pidilite Industries, on Wednesday, ended at Rs 573.75 apiece on the BSE, down 0.71 per cent from the previous close.
