LTIMindtree Appoints Venu Lambu As CEO-Designate And Wholetime Director
To ensure a smooth transition in the management, Venu Lambu will work alongside Debashis Chatterjee, chief executive officer and managing director at LTIMindtree.

The board of LTIMindtree Ltd. on Friday announced Venu Lambu as the chief executive officer-designate and wholetime director with immediate effect.
This decision will help the company in reinforcing their commitment towards "profitable growth and stakeholder value creation," according to an exchange filing on Friday.
To ensure a smooth transition in the management, Venu Lambu will work alongside Debashis Chatterjee, chief executive officer and managing director at LTIMindtree.
"Venu is a bright leader who has amazing solutions on providing capabilities and is a phenomenal networker. We are confident that Venu’s homecoming to L&T will take LTIMindtree into its next chapter of growth and this will further strengthen our position as a leading global IT services provider,” said S.N. Subrahmanyan, chairman at LTIMindtree.
Lambu is a global executive leader with an experience of more than 30 years in promoting strategies and hypergrowth in the technology and services industry.
Previously, he served as the chief executive officer of Randstad Digital, the $3 billion digital arm of Randstad, which focused on tapping global capability centres in India.
He was also the President and Executive Director at Mindtree, handling global market transformation and delivering consistent, profitable growth. Venu held leadership positions at Cognisant, HCL Technologies, and IBM.
He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Mysore in electronics engineering along with a general management certification from the London School of Business.
