IndiGo has announced a discount offer with fares starting Rs 900 on select routes. The offer is available for limited seats only, the airline said.
The Rs 900 offer is applicable on Kochi-Thiruvananthapuram, Jaipur-Delhi, Guwahati-Bagdogra, Chandigarh-Srinagar routes, among others.
Fares on Hyderabad-Coimbatore and Delhi-Dehradun routes, for example, start from Rs 1,299.
Among the metro-to-metro route, Delhi-Chennai fares, for example, start from Rs 3,199.
Under the same offer, Hyderabad-Goa tickets start from Rs 1,699 while Delhi-Vadodara at Rs 2,599.
IndiGo has not specified the time period for which the offer will remain open or the applicable travel period. IndiGo didn't disclose the number of seats available under this offer, either.
But a search on IndiGo's website, showed that the applicable travel period for the different routes vary, starting from this month to the next year.
Domestic air passenger traffic has shown a strong growth over the past few years, helped by low air fares and increase in capacity by the local carriers.
