IIM Raipur placements saw the top international offer at Rs 32.55 lakh per annum by market research and insight agency Kadence International and top domestic offer at Rs 21.16 lakh for year 2013-15.
The average salary offered this placement season at IIM Raipur was Rs 11.14 lakh, while median salary of top fifty percentile was at Rs 13 lakh, the B-school said in a press release.
A total of 87 companies participated this in year in placements at IIM-Raipur, while Accenture, Bharat Forge, Cognizant, Deloitte, SBI and Wipro emerged as top recruiters.
"However major highlight of the season was overwhelming response received from some of first time recruiters like Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, DS Group, Future Group, HDFC bank, ICICI Prudential, Idea Cellular, L&T, L&T Finance, Motilal Oswal, SBI, Wipro etc," IIM Raipur said.
The business school this year also saw return of several past recruiters like Bharat Forge, BPCL, Future Supply Chain, HT Media, ICICI Bank, Infosys BPO, JSPL, Kadence International, KPMG, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Tata Power, Tata Steel, Vedanta Plc etc.
About 12 students got pre-placement offers and pre-placement internships this year at IIM Raipur.
