Automobile inventory levels will pick-up ahead of the festive season after seeing a decline due to destocking ahead of the Goods and Services Tax rollout, Nikunj Sanghi, chairman of Federation Of Automobile Dealers Associations told BloombergQuint.
There is “excitement in the market” and current inventory levels will last anywhere between 6 to 10 weeks, he said at the SIAM Conference in New Delhi.
