DLF Luxury Project's North Phase Sells Out For Rs 11,000 Crore In Gurugram

DLF Ltd.'s luxury project, DLF Privana North, sold out for approximately Rs 11,000 crore. The apartments were sold out within one week, as demand remained strong for high-end residential properties in Gurugram.

DLF Privana North is part of the expansive 116-acre integrated township, DLF Privana, located in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram. The North phase spans 17.7 acres and features six premium towers, each rising to stilt+50 storeys, making them the tallest residential structures developed by DLF to date. The project has about 1,152 four-bedroom residences and 12 grand penthouses, an exchange filing said.

The realtor also received positive response for DLF Privana South and Privana West.

The floor plans for 4 BHK apartments measures a carpet area of approximately 207 square meters (2,236 square feet) and penthouses extend up to 450 square meters (4,847 square feet).

Each apartment comes with three car parking slots, while penthouses offer four. The master bedrooms in Privana North are approximately 33% larger than previous offerings within the ecosystem, DLF said.

Earlier, the firm announced plans to invest around Rs 5,500 crore to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram, as it seeks to achieve record sales bookings this fiscal on high demand. This upcoming project is also part of the township.
