Bureau of Immigration may take over checking process at Ahmedabad airport
Today's verdict comes after the Supreme Court cancelled 122 telecom licenses issued by A Raja in 2008. While ordering that those licenses be re-allocated through an auction of spectrum, the Supreme Court placed the blame firmly on Mr Raja.

The time taken for immigration checking at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPIA) would be cut down from April-end with the Bureau of Immigration (BOI) taking over the process, a top official of Airports Authority of India said.
