Mumbai:
Bharti Airtel Ltd, India's top mobile phone operator, said on Wednesday it had acquired an additional 13.36 per cent stake in its Nigerian unit from existing shareholders.
This will raise Bharti Airtel's total holding in Airtel Networks Ltd to 79.06 per cent.
No financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
