New entrant Reliance Jio has led to intensified competition in the telecom industry with the incumbent telecom operators reviewing their voice call offers and mobile data tariffs. Many rival telecom companies have slashed their call charges and revised data tariffs for their customers. Keeping up with the new industry standards, Vodafone India is offering 1GB or gigabyte of mobile data every day at a price of Rs 349. The pack also includes unlimited calls to users and comes with a validity of 28 days, Vodafone India said on its mobile app - My Vodafone. The offer is only for prepaid users and the pack will stay valid for a period of 28 days, said Vodafone.
