Investors can place bids starting from a minimum of 32 shares and in multiples thereafter, meaning the retail investors need to apply for at least a single lot size, amounting to a minimum investment of Rs 14,720 based on the upper price band per application. Post-issue, the company’s market capitalization is expected to be around Rs 4,615 crore at the upper price band, valuing it at a P/E of 60.2x and EV/Ebitda of 26 times based on FY25 earnings.4.
