Shriram Finance Ltd. has informed, in a stock exchange filing, that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday to consider and approve the company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.

Shriram Finance Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details

Shriram Finance has officially notified the stock exchanges that its board will convene on April 25 to approve and release the company’s financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 2025. The Board will also deliberate on the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2024-25.

In addition, the Board will also approve the resource mobilisation plan for FY 2025-26, which includes issuing debt securities, exploring offshore bond options and considering various borrowing methods.

Additionally, it will evaluate raising funds through equity shares, convertible bonds or other securities, subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder consent at the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Other matters related to the AGM will also be reviewed.

Shriram Finance Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure

Shriram Finance has notified that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the dissemination of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the company’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Code. The trading window officially closed on April 1, 2025.

Shriram Finance Q4 Results: Earnings Call

Shriram Finance Ltd. has announced that it will hold a conference call on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 7 p.m., where the company’s management will discuss the financial results for the quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The call will feature members from the company’s senior management, including Umesh G Revankar (executive vice chairman), YS Chakravarti (managing director and CEO), Parag Sharma (managing director & CFO), S Sunder (joint managing director) and Sanjay K Mundra (executive director).

Shriram Finance Q3 Results

Shriram Finance Ltd. posted a 73.4% year-on-year jump in net profit to Rs 3,249 crore for the December 2024 quarter, boosted by a one-time gain of Rs 1,554 crore from the sale of Shriram Housing Finance. Excluding this exceptional item, the company’s net profit would have declined 9.5% year-on-year. Net interest income (NII) rose 13.8% to Rs 5,590 crore from Rs 4,911 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal. Asset quality weakened slightly, with Gross Stage 3 assets rising to 5.38% from 5.32% sequentially and Net Stage 3 assets increasing to 2.68% from 2.64%. Assets under management grew 18.8% year-on-year to Rs 2.54 lakh crore.

Shriram Finance Ltd. shares have gained over 4% in the last five trading sessions. The stock has advanced over 2% in the past month and 7.85% in the last six months. Year-to-date, the company’s shares have rallied nearly 20%, while rising over 42% in the last one year.

The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 730.45 apiece on the NSE on Sep. 27, 2024, and touched a 52-week low of Rs 438.6 apiece on June 4, 2024.

Shares of Shriram Finance Ltd. were trading 0.55% lower at Rs 700 apiece on the NSE at 11:28 a.m., compared to a 0.30% drop in the benchmark Nifty at 24,257.00.
