PFC Q3 Results Date And Time
PFC's financial statements for the quarter and nine months ending Dec. 31, 2024, are slated to be announced after a meeting of its board of directors on Feb. 12.
"We hereby intimate as per the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is rescheduled to be held on February 12, 2025 interalia to consider and approve unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024," the company said in an exchange filing on Feb. 6.
The board will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend, if any, during the meeting. If announced, this will be the third interim dividend from PFC this year.

The company has scheduled an earnings call at 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 12 to discuss its Q3 financial performance with investors and analysts.

PFC reported a decent performance in Q2 with net profit rising 14% year-on-year to Rs 7,215 crore in comparison to Rs 6,628 crore in the year-ago period. Net interest income stood at Rs 9,392 crore in comparison to Rs 7,782 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
