Hindustan Zinc, Bajaj Auto, Hyundai Motor, Cipla — Earnings Estimates
Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, SBI Cards and Suzlon Energy are also set to report their Q3 results on Tuesday.
Hindustan Zinc Ltd., Bajaj Auto Ltd., Hyundai Motor India Ltd., and Cipla Ltd. are among the top names that will announce their earnings for the third quarter on Tuesday.
Hindustan Zinc is likely to clock a profit of Rs 2,509 and revenue of Rs 8,335 crore for the quarter ended December, as per the consensus estimates of analysts tracked by Bloomberg. Analysts also estimate the Ebitda of the company to be Rs 4,348 crore, at a margin of 52.20%.
The integrated zinc producer's net profit increased 34.6% year-on-year to Rs 2,327 crore in the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2024, according to an exchange filing on Friday. That compares with the Rs 2,251.3 crore consensus estimate of analysts polled by Bloomberg.
Bajaj Auto is expected to clock in a net profit worth Rs 2,258 crore, as per consensus estimates.
Standalone net profit of the Pulsar-maker rose 9% year-on-year to Rs 2,005 crore in the three months ended Sept 30., on the back of revenue that surged 22% to Rs 13,127 crore, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday. Analysts polled by Bloomberg had estimated the topline at Rs 13,253 crore and the bottom line at Rs 2,201 crore.
Hyundai Motor India is likely to clock a profit of Rs 1,328 crore and revenue of Rs 17,089 crore for the quarter ended December, as per the consensus estimates of analysts tracked by Bloomberg. This is its first financial performance report since its listing on the national exchanges.
Cipla is likely to report a net profit of Rs 1,208 crore and revenue of Rs 6,967 crore for the third quarter, according to the estimates. The company is estimated to report an Ebitda of Rs 1,777 crore and a margin of 25.50%, as per Bloomberg analysts.
