(Bloomberg) -- Pioneer Foods Group Ltd. has been given approval by South Africa's competition regulator to buy out Heinz Foods, a unit of Kraft Heinz Co., from a local joint venture.
The deal was rubber stamped on condition the Cape Town-based company meets various employment conditions, the Competition Tribunal said in a statement Tuesday.
