Republic Day 2025 Live Streaming: Where And How To Watch Republic Day Parade Online And On TV?

India is all set to celebrate its 76th Republic Day on Sunday, Jan. 26. President Draupadi Murmu will unfurl the tricolour on Sunday morning, followed by the majestic Republic Day Parade on the Kartavya Path.

Every year on Republic Day, the Kartavya Path in New Delhi is adorned with a grand parade that showcases India’s cultural heritage, military strength, and unity.

The Republic Day 2025 theme, "Swarnim Bharat: Virasat aur Vikas," will celebrate India’s cultural heritage and development achievements. 

Republic Day Parade 2025 promises to be a unique blend of India’s cultural diversity and military prowess, with a special focus on the 75th anniversary of the Constitution's enactment. Thirty-one tableaux will participate in the parade, representing various states, union territories, and central government ministries and departments. Two of the tableaux will highlight the 75th anniversary of the Constitution of India.

The Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the Sangeet Natak Akademi, is set to organise an 11-minute cultural performance featuring 5,000 artists. This performance will span the entire Kartavya Path, from Vijay Chowk to C Hexagon, marking a historic first.

The Republic Day Parade will be preceded by 300 cultural artists performing "Sare Jahan Se Achha" on musical instruments from different parts of the country.

The parade will begin after Prime Minister Narendra Modi lays a wreath at the National War Memorial. President Draupadi Murmu will then arrive at Kartavya Path to receive a salute during a ceremonial march past by the Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces, Auxiliary Civil Forces, NCC, and NSS.

President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto has been invited as the chief guest of the Republic Day Parade 2025. A 160-member marching contingent and a 190-member band contingent from Indonesia will also participate in the parade.

After the National Anthem, balloons featuring banners with the official logo of the 75th year of the Indian Constitution will be released. The event will conclude with a flypast by 47 aircraft.

The ticket sales for the Republic Day Parade have been closed. Tickets, priced between Rs 20 and Rs 100, were available for purchase both online and offline.

In addition to Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, around 10,000 special guests from 34 categories have been invited to attend this year's Republic Day parade. These include sarpanches from villages that have excelled in key government schemes.

A total of 31 tableaux, including 16 from states and union territories, and 15 from ministries/organisations will participate in the parade on Kartavya Path. 

The states/UTs are: Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chandigarh, Dadar Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Tripura, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.
