In an exchange filing dated Jan. 16, BPCL shared that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on Jan. 23 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025. The Board of Directors will also consider the declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

BPCL reported a 169.5% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 6,191.49 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 2,297.23 crore in Q2FY25. Total income grew 3.3% YoY to Rs 1,22,557.47 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 1,18,646.20 crore in the same period in the previous financial year.
