The initial public offer (IPO) of Nikita Papers Ltd. saw an overall subscription of 1.43 times on the third and final day of bidding on Thursday, May 29.
The NSE SME issue received bids for 75,61,200 shares, compared to 52,99,200 shares on offer. The price band for the IPO was set between Rs 95 to Rs 104 per share. The bookbuilding issue, worth Rs 67.54 crore, comprised entirely a fresh issuance of 64.94 lakh shares.
The portion reserved for the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 0.74 times. The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) booked their quota 2.11 times, while the retail portion was subscribed 1.84 times.
After the closure of the subscription window, Nikita Papers is scheduled to finalise the IPO allotment status on May 30.
