IPO Rush: Unimech Aerospace Among New Issues; Eight Listings To Hit The Street In Christmas Week
Five mainboard IPOs including DAM Capital Advisors and Concord Enviro Systems will list this week.
India's primary market is gearing up for an exciting Christmas, as eight mainboard issues are set to close while a new book-building offer opens, alongside no less than five listings including DAM Capital Advisors Ltd., Concord Enviro Systems Ltd., Mamata Machinery Ltd. and more.
Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd. is the only mainboard issue opening for subscription this week on Monday, while the offers of Transrail Lighting Ltd., Sanathan Textiles Ltd. will continue along with DAM Capital, Concord Enviro Systems, and Mamata Machinery until Dec. 23.
The maiden public offer of Blackstone-backed Ventive Hospitality Ltd., Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and Carraro India Ltd. will close on Dec. 24.
The Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing IPO aims to raise Rs 250 crore, with a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 250 crore and an offer for sale component of shares worth Rs 250 crore.
The subscription for Solar91 Cleantech Ltd. in the small and medium enterprise segment will begin on Dec. 24 and that of Anya Polytech Ltd. will kick off on Dec. 26. The companies will look to raise Rs 106 crore and Rs 45 crore, respectively.
The Rs 41.76-crore IPO of New Malayalam Steel Ltd. will close for subscription on Dec. 23.
New Listings
The week will also see eight companies debuting on the exchanges with five in the mainboard space.
DAM Capital Advisors Ltd., Concord Enviro Systems Ltd., Mamata Machinery Ltd., Transrail Lighting Ltd., and Sanathan Textiles Ltd. will start trading on the national exchanges on Dec. 27.
Three SME IPOs will also start trading this week.
NACDAC Infrastructure Ltd. will list its shares on the NSE on Dec. 24, followed by Identical Brains Studios Ltd. on Dec. 26 and New Malayalam Steel Ltd. on Dec. 27 on the BSE SME platform.
Moreover, SEBI has granted its approval to Laxmi Dental Ltd. for its maiden offering.
