Reliance Industries on Thursday announced the date of its annual general meeting and also declared the record date for the dividend of Rs 10 for financial year 2025. The AGM date has been fixed as Aug. 29, according to an exchange filing.
The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend has been set as Aug. 14. The company also added that it would pay the dividend in a week after AGM, if it receives the nod from the shareholders.
Additionally, the company has sent Aug. 22 as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions out in the notice of the AGM.
Reliance Industries reported a 39% quarter-on-quarter rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 26,994 crore for the June quarter, driven by a one-time gain from the sale of listed investments.
Net profit, which came in above street estimates of Rs 19,775 crore, included other income of Rs 8,924 crore from the sale of listed investments, including proceeds from Reliance’s stake in Asian Paints.
Revenue, which came in in line with estimates, declined 7% sequentially to Rs 2.43 lakh crore from Rs 2.61 lakh crore. Revenue from other businesses fell 7% to Rs 18,470 crore from Rs 19,920 crore.

The business update was shared aftermarket hours. The stock settled 1.41% lower at Rs 1,390.20 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.35% decline in the benchmark Nifty 50.
RIL's shares have fallen 8.13% in the last 12 months and risen 14.38% year-to-date.
Out of 36 analysts tracking the company, 33 maintains a 'buy' rating, one recommends a 'hold' and two suggest 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target of Rs 1,632.03 implies an upside of 17.4%.
