Godrej Properties has started handing over of apartments at its Garden City township project in Ahmedabad.
Godrej Properties, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, said there are 624 apartments in 13 towers that have been delivered in Phase I of this project.
The master plan for the Garden City township project has been created by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM), who have designed numerous landmark projects across the globe including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, which is currently the world's tallest building.
The Garden City project is located just off SG Highway in Ahmedabad. The project is within Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) limits.
In a statement the Godrej Properties said, "Residents will benefit from living in a well-planned integrated township with extensive landscaping, public transport, health-care facilities, recreation options, convenience retail and a 6 lane central boulevard."
