Breaking News Live: Karantaka Issues Advisory To Healthcare Workers Amid Surge Covid Cases Surge Upto 58
Karnataka's Department of Health and Family Welfare Services issued an advisory to healthcare workers and general public to follow proper personal protection protocols. According to data posted by the department's 'X' account, 58 cases were reported in the last 24 hours with 53 discharges and one death.

The number of active cases as of May 31, stand at 3,395 19 cases in India has crossed 3,000, with Kerala having the most with 1,336 cases, followed by Maharashtra and Delhi, according to Union Health Ministry data.
Four deaths due to complications from the infection were reported in the past 24 hours, from Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala and Delhi.

The Central Consumer Protection Authority, under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, on Saturday has issued Guidelines for the prevention and regulation of illegal listing and sale of radio equipment including on e-commerce platforms.
These guidelines aim to curb the unauthorised sale of radio communication devices online, particularly walkie-talkies, which can pose safety risks, mislead consumers, and interfere with critical communication systems used by law enforcement and emergency services.
