FX Update: Rupee Pares Some Gains Against US Dollar
The Indian rupee pared some opening gains against the US dollar. It was trading at 88.66 a dollar as of 10:51 a.m. compared to open level of 88.63 a dollar.
The rupee settled at 88.69 against the greenback on Wednesday.
The dollar index, which gauges the strength of the US currency against six major currencies, was trading 0.07% down at 97.80 as of 10:53 a.m.
