Hong Kong Property Stocks Soar as Home Prices Recover

(Bloomberg) -- Hong Kong real estate stocks climbed to an all-time high on Friday as a gauge of home prices jumped the most in 11 months, adding to signs that the world's most expensive property market is rebounding from a nearly six-month slump. The city's benchmark real estate stock index has surged more than 30 percent from its October low, buoyed by declining global borrowing costs, signs of economic recovery in China and seven straight weeks of rising home prices.
