'Refurbishing Is Our Soul': Rentomojo Details Operation-Heavy Model, Eyes Over 80% Occupancy Rate
Rentomojo is targeting an occupancy rate of 80-83%, said Geetansh Bamania, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, while speaking to NDTV Profit on Monday. Bamania said the company does not want to operate at either a very high or very low occupancy rate, with 80-83% being the level it aims to maintain. “There is an occupancy risk in the company's business,” he said, adding that the company is focused on finding the right balance rather than maximising occupancy.
