G&G Electronics MD Sharat Khandelwal clarified to NDTV Profit that “Electronic Bazar” is just a seller nickname on Amazon used by its subsidiary KTO, not a product brand. The entity sells personal care appliances, toys, and video games from brands like Philips, Dyson, and Sony, with brand-new laptops under 5% of sales. Khandelwal said G&G’s core refurbished computer business is kept separate to avoid confusing investors, adding the legacy new-laptop line only helps track market pricing trends.
