Anant S Iyer new Director General of the Confederation of Indian Alcoholic Beverage Companies (CIABC) shared insights on Maharashtra government excise duty hike on hard liquor on NDTV Profit. He said he expects prices to stabilize after three to four weeks. Iyer also expressed surprise on beer and wine being exempted from the hike.
