A-One Steels India IPO Subscription Opens Today
The Rs 405-crore A-One Steels India Ltd IPO opened for public subscription on September 24 and will close on September 28. The price band has been fixed at Rs 385-405 per share. The public offer comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 355 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of shares aggregating up to Rs 50 crore. Of the net proceeds from the fresh issue, Rs 250 crore will be used for pre-payment or partial repayment of certain outstanding borrowings, while the remaining funds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.
