A wedding card that surfaced online late Monday has sent fans of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna into a frenzy. The card suggests that the much-rumoured couple may be planning to tie the knot on February 26.
According to the viral invite, the wedding ceremony is described as a “small and intimate” affair. It further mentions a grand reception scheduled for March 4 at Taj Krishna in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, from 7 pm onwards.
What has particularly caught attention is the tone of the message. Written as a personal note, it invites close friends and well-wishers to bless the couple as they begin a “new chapter” together.
The wedding card reads, "I'm writing to share some special news and to invite you to be part of a huge moment in our lives. With the love and blessings of our families, Rashmika and I will be getting married on 26.02.26 in a small and intimate ceremony. As we begin this new chapter, celebrating and creating memories around our union, it would truly mean a lot to us to celebrate with those who have been a part of our journeys. Your presence and blessings would make this occasion even more special for us."
It further confirms the venue of the reception, and is signed, “Warm regards, Vijay (on behalf of Rashmika & myself).”
As of now, the card remains unverified, leaving fans both thrilled, but wary.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Rashmika responded carefully to wedding speculation, saying she would speak about it “when the time comes,” neither confirming nor denying anything.
The dating rumours surrounding the duo are not new. Their on-screen chemistry in 'Geetha Govindam' turned them into an overnight favourite pairing. They reunited in 'Dear Comrade', further intensifying chatter about a possible off-screen romance. Even though the two have been spotted vacationing separately in similar locations and attending events together, they have consistently avoided addressing relationship rumours directly.
Whether the viral invite is genuine or simply another internet creation remains to be seen. Until an official announcement is made, the internet will continue refreshing for answers — and perhaps, a confirmation.
