Vivo is reportedly preparing to unveil the X300 Ultra next month alongside the X300 Max. Although the company has not officially acknowledged the launch timeline, a steady stream of leaks has already outlined key details of the upcoming flagship.
The latest leak points to a Snapdragon 8-series processor, a large 7,000mAh battery, and upgraded camera and display hardware.
Tipster Debayan Roy, known online as @Gadgetsdata, has shared fresh details about Vivo X300 Ultra on X. The post outlines major specifications, ranging from the display and processor to the battery and camera setup.
Roy also suggests the handset will reach India and other international markets following its debut in China. The device is tipped to run on Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, produced using a 3 nm manufacturing process.

The leak suggests the Vivo X300 Ultra will feature a large 7,000 mAh battery, complemented by support for 100 W wired and 40 W wireless charging. The handset is also tipped to carry a 6.82-inch flat LTPO OLED display with 2K resolution, alongside an IP69 rating and a USB 3.2 Type-C port.
On the imaging front, the Vivo V300 Ultra is tipped to feature a four-camera array on the rear, led by a 200 MP main sensor. The setup is also said to include a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens offering continuous optical zoom, alongside a 50 MP ultra-wide camera and an additional 5 MP sensor aimed at improving colour reproduction.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is also tipped to include a 50 MP camera on the front, catering to selfies and video calling. This detail aligns with earlier leaks surrounding the handset.
The development follows a recent report claiming that Vivo plans to introduce the X300 Ultra in China once the Spring Festival celebrations end on March 3. The handset is expected to launch alongside the rumoured Vivo X300 Max.
