(Bloomberg) -- Uber Technologies Inc. was sued by a New York foot-and-bike courier who claims he and other employees are owed unpaid tips and wages for delivering packages for UberRUSH and UberEATS.
The purported class-action lawsuit, filed Tuesday in federal court in Manhattan, opens a new legal front for the company as it battles workers and competitors in court.
