Adani Enterprises Ltd.'s net profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 increased 8.5x at Rs 3,845 crore compared to the Rs 449 crore reported in the same quarter last year on account of a one-time exceptional gain of Rs 3,286 crore from Adani Wilmar stake sale of 13.5% in Q4FY25.

The total income of billionaire Gautam Adani-led coal to aviation company declined 7% at Rs 27,602 crore vs Rs 29,630 crore YoY.

Business Highlights

Adani New Industries-Green Hydrogen Ecosystem

  • Module sales increased by 59% on a y-o-y basis to 4263 MW with higher EBITDA margins on account of improved realisation and operational efficiency

  • Construction started for additional 6 GW cell and module line capacity extension with financial closure secured

Wind Turbine Manufacturing

  • Capacity increased to 2.25 GW (450 sets p.a.) with its offerings of four listed WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) models

AdaniConnex

  • Completed construction of Noida data center and made operational with initial capacity of 10 MW

Adani Airport Holdings

  • 12 new routes and 8 new flights added during the quarter

Natural Resources-Mining Services

  • Parsa coal block is operational with peak capacity of 5 MMTPA

  • Portfolio of 13 mining service contracts, of which six are operational

The fiscal 2025 results validate Adani Enterprises' position as one of India's leading business incubators, said Jugeshinder Singh, the chief financial officer of Adani Group. Consistent and high growth of incubating assets boosted the overall financial results for the year, he added.
