Paradeep Phosphates has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Odisha government for an investment of Rs 4,000 crore, while Wipro has entered into a five-year, multi-million-dollar contract with Etihad Airways for IT transformation and cost optimisation.

  • Paradeep Phosphates: The company has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Odisha government for an investment of Rs 4,000 crore to increase the Phosphatic fertiliser manufacturing capacity over five years.

  • Biocon: The company's board approved purchase of 1.5% stake in arm Biocon Biologics for Rs 550 crore. Post this purchase, its stake in Biocon Biologics will become 90.2%.

  • Wipro: The company has entered into a five-year, multi-million-dollar contract with Etihad Airways for IT transformation and cost optimisation.

  • ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co: The company received a GST demand order of Rs 62 crore, including penalty and interest.

  • Affle (India): The company is granted a patent for a system for utilisation of advertisement fraud data to blacklist or whitelist one or more entities.

  • Epack Durable: The company received phase I incentive of Rs 78 lakh under Modified Special Incentive Package Scheme of MeitY to promote electronics manufacturing in India.

  • Ircon International: The company, in partnership with Amril, has secured an EPC contract for constructing 122 km of rigid pavement and lined drains in Manipur. The project is worth Rs 164 crore and will be executed within a timeframe of 36 months.

  • JK Cement: The company has reported an accident at Panna Expansion, with four casualties and minor injuries to 14 workers.

  • Pricol: The company has invested Rs 120 crore in Pricol Precision Products.

  • Western Carriers (India): The company got an order worth Rs 170 crore from Hindustan Zinc for a period of four years.
